Who we are

Valnexi ("Valnexi", "we", "us") is an Australian subscription software service that helps people evaluate resale opportunities. You can reach us at valnexisupport@gmail.com or via the contact page.

Information we handle

• Account information — your name (if provided) and email address.
• Authentication information — credentials handled by our authentication provider; passwords are not held by us in readable form.
• Deal information you enter — item titles, categories, conditions, asking/purchase prices and optional notes.
• Acquisition source you select — for example Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree, garage sale or other, chosen manually by you.
• Listing URLs you enter manually — treated purely as your own text input.
• Images you upload, where image input is supported for an analysis.
• Subscription and billing status — your plan, subscription state and billing period dates received from Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Usage information — analysis counts per billing period, saved deals and alerts, used to operate plan limits.
• Technical and security information reasonably required to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service.

Service providers

• Stripe — payment and subscription processing.
• Supabase — authentication, database and storage infrastructure.
• Lovable — application and hosting infrastructure.
• eBay — third-party marketplace data provider used for current eBay Australia market information.

Marketplace data

Valuations use current eBay Australia active listing asking prices, retrieved at the time of your analysis. Active listings are not confirmed sold prices.

Under our current compliance architecture, we do not persistently store:

• raw eBay listing data;
• eBay item IDs;
• eBay listing URLs;
• eBay seller information;
• eBay-derived marketplace analysis figures, where that architecture prohibits it.

eBay data is held only in short-lived temporary memory while your analysis runs. When you revisit a saved deal, fresh data is retrieved again where available.

Facebook Marketplace and Gumtree are user-selected acquisition sources only. Valnexi does not scrape, fetch or connect to those services. Any Facebook Marketplace or Gumtree link you enter is treated purely as your own input.

How we use your information

• Provide deal analyses, valuations, saved-deal history and alerts.
• Operate plan limits and process subscriptions.
• Respond to support requests and keep the service secure.

We do not sell your personal information.

Australian privacy laws

Valnexi handles personal information in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws. Where the Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles apply, Valnexi will comply with those requirements.

Data retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and operate the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, and comply with legitimate legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account or personal information by contacting valnexisupport@gmail.com. We will respond to requests within a reasonable period.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the revised version on this page.
