Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with

Valnexi is a registered Australian business name operated by Derrar, El Yacine Abdelkrim, ABN 42642534134.

These terms are an agreement between you and Valnexi ("Valnexi", "we", "us"). Valnexi is a subscription-based software service that helps you evaluate secondhand resale opportunities by comparing your deal details against marketplace pricing information, including current eBay Australia active listing asking prices.

2. What Valnexi is not

• Valnexi is not a marketplace and does not sell physical goods.
• Valnexi is not a buyer or seller, and is not a party to transactions between marketplace users.
• You remain responsible for your own purchases, sales and decisions.
• We do not provide financial, investment or professional advice.
• We do not guarantee resale price, profit, ROI, sale speed, or that an item will sell at all.

Market information may change at any time. Estimates, scores and verdicts are decision-support information, not guarantees.

3. Market data

Valuations are based on current eBay Australia active listing asking prices, which are not confirmed sold prices and may change at any time. Facebook Marketplace and Gumtree are user-selected deal/acquisition sources only; Valnexi does not scrape, fetch or hold live data from those services. Any listing URL or deal detail you enter is your own input, and you are responsible for its accuracy.

4. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You must provide accurate details and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Subscriptions and billing

• Plans are Free, Pro (A$19.99/month), Power (A$59.99/month) and Business (A$299/month), in Australian dollars.
• Paid subscriptions recur automatically according to the billing period you select and are processed through Stripe.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account.
• A cancellation normally keeps paid access until the end of the already-paid billing period, after which your account returns to the applicable Free plan, unless otherwise required by law or by the specific billing situation.
• If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries the charge for a limited period and access may continue during that retry window. If payment ultimately fails, the paid subscription ends and the account returns to the Free plan.

6. Price and plan changes

For material pricing or plan changes affecting an existing paid subscription, we intend to give at least 30 days' advance notice before the change takes effect, where reasonably practicable and subject to applicable law, so you can cancel before the new pricing applies. This does not prevent us from making urgent changes required for legal, security or abuse-prevention reasons.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass plan limits or security controls, or access other users' data.
• Do not use the service in violation of any marketplace's terms, or for unlawful activity.

8. Your data

Your saved deals and alerts are private to your account. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

9. Liability

The service is provided "as is". Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law and its mandatory consumer guarantees.

Subject to the paragraph above, and to the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the fees you paid to Valnexi during the 12 months preceding the relevant claim, and we are not liable for losses arising from your buying or selling decisions.
